I’m Arline Harris, REALTOR® with RE/MAX Executive SouthPark in Charlotte, NC. I’m a residential specialist working with buyers and sellers in this market. I’m a North Carolina native and a University of Tennessee – Knoxville graduate with a BA in Interior Design. My professional background is in Interior Design, including textile design, branding, merchandising, promotions, and marketing. My experience also includes residential construction.

My attention to detail and figuring out the best deal for buyers and sellers come naturally to me. Plus, with my design experience, I’m great at staging to ensure sellers attract the most and best offers. It’s also about using my extensive knowledge of these communities to help my buyers find their perfect match. My understanding of property values and market trends is specific to neighborhoods and school districts, to name a few. As a relocation specialist, I have the unique privilege of showing people new to the area how to fall in love with it.

I like to start outside cities so they see the vast, green, rolling hills. This is, after all, the Piedmont region. It has all four seasons, with breathtaking foliage in the fall. Plus, we’re two hours from the mountains and three hours from the coast. We have an international airport, a central football team (Carolina Panthers), and an NBA team (Charlotte Hornets). Many are surprised to learn Charlotte is also a banking city with many financial institutions and excellent medical facilities. This is great news for the many seniors and retirees I help downsize to cheaper homes in the many areas of interest to them.
